Parents

Chadwick would not be the school it is today if it were not for the remarkable support of our parents. The three major parent groups are the Chadwick Parents’ Association (CPA), the Friends of the Library (FOL), and the Dolphin Booster Club.

These organizations volunteer countless hours on behalf of the students and faculty. The CPA puts on a spectacular International Dinner each fall, as well as a fund-raising and friend-raising Spring Event. Parent representatives and room parents sponsor and assist with activities. Chadwick’s SCRIP program raises more than $30,000 each year for Chadwick. The Friends of the Library sponsor a full week of exciting Book Fair activities in November of each year and host visiting authors, book clubs and other activities. The Booster Club and their sports representatives support all of Chadwick’s athletic events and organize Spirit Days for each team.

In addition to our three major parent volunteer groups, individual parents are also involved as classroom volunteers, community service volunteers, and on our schoolwide Diversity Council.
