Chadwick would not be the school it is today if it were not for the remarkable support of our volunteer parent groups:
These organizations volunteer countless hours on behalf of the students and faculty. The CPA puts on a spectacular International Dinner each fall, as well as a fund-raising and friend-raising Spring Event. Parent representatives and room parents sponsor and assist with activities. Chadwick’s Scrip program also raises significant funds each year for Chadwick.
The Friends of the Library (FOL) sponsor a full week of exciting Book Fair activities in November of each year and host visiting authors, book clubs, classroom book talks, and other activities that support the love of reading and the Chadwick libraries. Each year FOL adds more than 100 books to the Village Library's collections through their popular Birthday Book program.
The Booster Club and their sports representatives support all of Chadwick’s athletic events and organize Spirit Days for each team.
The Chadwick Performing Arts Limelighters support performing arts at Chadwick for Grades K-12, including vocal and instrumental music, dance, drama, musical theater, and improvisational theater.
Each year, the Annual Fund Volunteer Team raises essential current operating support that directly and immediately benefits every student and teacher at Chadwick -- beyond what is possible through tuition alone. With a goal of 100% parent participation, the Annual Fund Team reaches out to every member of the parent body for support of this fundraising priority.
In addition to our major parent volunteer groups, individual parents are also involved as classroom volunteers, community service volunteers, trustees, and on our schoolwide Diversity Council.
