Learn to Sail!

Is your child ready to set sail and master the open water? In this specialized program, students have the incredible opportunity to learn the art of sailing right in the LA Harbor. We emphasize both basic and advanced techniques through small class sizes, ensuring your child receives personalized attention from our Certified US Sailing Instructors, all of whom are CPR and First Aid certified.

Your child will be training on 8-foot-long "Sail Cubes"—versatile and stable vessels designed to be the perfect first step in a sailing adventure. By the end of the week, your child will have the confidence and skill to drive and control the boat independently. For convenience, students will be bused each morning from the Chadwick School Campus to the harbor and returned at the end of the day. 

Please Note: All sailors must be able to pass a simple swim test to participate.
