Philanthropy at Chadwick:
A Community Partnership

Voluntary giving is a tradition among independent non-profit schools like Chadwick. Tuition alone does not cover the full expense of a Chadwick education, nor does it provide the substantial funds needed for the addition of new buildings and other major capital improvements, financial aid, and faculty professional growth. Charitable giving from Chadwick families -- parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends has always shaped Chadwick and continues to provide top-notch opportunities and resources for our students and programs.

Each and every year, we ask all members of our school community to support the Annual Fund
at a level that is meaningful to them. Above all, we strive for 100% participation. Gifts to the Annual Fund are allocated to the highest priority needs for the teachers, students and programs that make Chadwick School distinctive. Because gifts to the Annual Fund are spent in the year in which they are given, we look to our school community to renew its support and investment annually.

Because Chadwick depends on the Annual Fund to support the school’s core programs, our Board of Trustees has identified the Annual Fund as the school’s top philanthropic priority. So, while there are many opportunities to support Chadwick throughout the year, we ask our families to make the Annual Fund their first gift every year.

Gifts can be made online with a credit card, by check, or through a donation of appreciated securities. You may also text CHADWICK to 56512 to use our mobile giving platform. For more information, visit our Annual Fund FAQ page.
