This session is designed to build a powerful athletic foundation for 7th and 8th graders heading into fall sports. Students will develop functional strength, agility, and injury-prevention habits through dynamic movements and age-appropriate training techniques. We will utilize our premier fitness facilities to ensure every athlete, from beginner to advanced, learns how to train safely and effectively. All fitness levels are welcome as we work together to get "season-ready" in a high-energy, supportive environment. Course Fee: $1,400 |
