Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend?

Chadwick Summer Programs are open to all students ages 4 through 14. We offer several separate summer programs, each divided by age, or the grade the student will be entering the in the fall.

How can I sign up?

Summer Program registration is done online. The registration link will appear on the main Summer Programs page once registration has opened. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed registration and a non-refundable deposit are required. The deposit must be submitted online.

What if we go on vacation or my child needs to be absent for a few days during the five weeks of the summer programs?

We require enrollment and payment for the entire five-week session. We ask that you communicate any plans to be absent to your child's specific program director as far in advance as possible. We do not prorate or offer refunds for missed portions of any program

What forms of payment do you take?

To make a payment online, we accept American Express, MasterCard or Discover Card, or you have the ability to submit an e-Check using your personal checking account information. After the online deposit payment has been submitted, we also accept personal or cashier's checks for the balance due.

Do I need to carpool?

While it is not mandatory to carpool with another registered student to Chadwick Summer Programs, we would greatly appreciate it if you could make every effort to do so. If you need assistance in finding a carpool partner, please email us at or call us at (310) 377-1543, ext. 4046.

Do you provide bus transportation?

Yes, we offer bus service; it is available at an extra charge to all program participants. The bus will transport students to and from the Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach areas.
