In order to get to know each applicant personally, all applicants to Grades 7-12 are required to meet with a member of our faculty for a conversation.  Applicants can register for an in-person interview through Veracross at a time that is convenient for them.  Please contact us at admissions@chadwickschool.org if your child is not able to attend an in-person interview.

Our application takes a holistic view of each applicant, and grades and test scores only tell us part of the story.  The Character Skills Snapshot provides an additional opportunity for us to explore the ways in which Chadwick’s community might enable your applicant to grow and thrive.  This is an at-home, online assessment that tells us more about your applicant's non-cognitive skills such as teamwork, initiative, resilience, open-mindedness, and social awareness; it takes about 20-25 minutes to complete.  Create an account to register for the CSS here.  The fee to take the Character Skills Snapshot is $60.  If this fee presents a hardship for your family, please contact us for a fee waiver at admissions@chadwickschool.org.
