Character
Who we are begins with what we value.
At Chadwick’s Village School, character isn’t just taught — it’s lived.
Our Village School K-5 educational experience is delivered through the lens of our Core Values of compassion, fairness, honesty, respect and responsibility. From the very first day of kindergarten, the Core Values are modeled and supported on a daily basis — informing every lesson, interaction and activity.
In the spirit of experiential learning, there is no prescriptive “one-size-fits-all” approach to Chadwick’s Core Values. Instead, our values education is rooted in everyday life. These teachable moments encourage our students to understand how to make thoughtful decisions, consider others’ perspectives, take personal responsibility for doing the right thing and apply the learning to future experiences they encounter.
This early and multi-dimensional approach to values-based thinking is so important to your child’s development. It teaches students to make good decisions, relate to each other and take meaningful action.
At Chadwick, we don’t just teach values. We help students live them — every single day.
