Teaching How To Learn, Learning How To Teach

At Chadwick, professional growth is not just encouraged — it’s expected and supported.

We invest in our faculty and staff through a generous professional development budget, regular division and department collaboration, and learning sessions built into the school calendar. As part of our Mission to develop global citizens, teachers have opportunities to lead experiential learning programs both locally and abroad — including travel to our sister campus, Chadwick International, in Songdo, South Korea.

Chadwick is a place where faculty and staff continue to learn, lead and evolve just as we ask our students to do.
