Chadwick Summer Programs 2024 will run for 5 weeks, from Monday, June 17, until Friday, July 19. We also are offering "Passport Week" course options from June 10 through June 14, and "Encore Week" options from July 22 through July 26. 

Registration opens to the general public on Monday, February 26th, 2024 at 9:00am.

To enroll in any program, please visit our website at www.chadwickschool.org/summer, where you can complete registration and submit payment by clicking on any one of our registration buttons or links.

Spaces are not held without payment in full. A separate registration must be completed for each student enrolled. The balance of the tuition and fees due must be received by Friday, May 24th, 2024, to hold the student’s program selection. There is no enrollment deadline; however, enrollment is limited in all programs and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Programs and courses have a minimum and maximum enrollment. Chadwick School reserves the right to cancel any class with inadequate enrollment. 

On the course description page you will find the age or grade level that is appropriate for each program or class. For some academic offerings, students will be evaluated early in the program to assess if they are in the right course and can easily be moved to the proper course.

Yes! We offer a wide variety of classes and choices for Summer of 2024. Chadwick Prep (AM Courses, Grades 1-5), Prep Plus (AM and PM, Grades 6-11), and Arts Unlimited (AM and PM, Grades 4-8) all offer individual classes that you can choose from. Please note that students may not be left unattended without a registered class during the camp day.

You can choose as many or as few courses for your child as you prefer for the Summer of 2024. You are able to pick classes so long as your child meets the age requirements of that particular class and division. We are also introducing a few new offerings on top of our traditional five-week lineup. Passport Week provides a stand-alone week of programming from June 10 through June 14. Encore Week offers classes from July 22 through July 26. Additionally, Camp Splash provides enrichment opportunities to families who desire more flexibility in their summer plans.

What makes Chadwick Summer Programs unique is the five-week accumulation of skills, sequencing of curriculum, and community building that makes our programs special. Our Hilltop Sports program offers week-to-week sign-ups for AM, PM, and Full Day. We also have our Camp Splash AM & PM program for Grades 1-4, which will be offered in two-week options: June 17-June 28 (Session 1) or July 8 – July 19 (Session 2). Please note that full tuition refunds (minus a $200 cancelation fee) will be made for any reason before May 24, 2024. No refunds will be made for a withdrawal after May 24, unless there is a waiting list for that program and the withdrawing student’s place can be filled. No refunds will be made after the first day of classes. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Please note that there is a $25 change fee for parents requesting to change their children's classes. We ask that you choose your classes carefully when you register. Changes in schedules due to the cancelation of a class or a switch initialized by Chadwick Summer Programs will not incur this fee.  

All students are expected to behave responsibly and with respect for others and for the campus in general. The usual rules of safety, order, and cooperation are enforced. Specific rules and procedures will be reviewed with each child at the start of the summer session or program. Students who fail to abide by summer program policies will be dismissed. Students who are dismissed for disciplinary reasons will forfeit tuition.
