Although the best way to explore Chadwick School is in person, we will do our best to bring the campus to you at this time. 

Although campus visits aren’t possible right now, there are still many ways for you to get to know Chadwick. Whether a virtual tour, online information session, or even a virtual coffee with the admission team, we’re excited to get to know you and to help you get to know Chadwick. Please see below for more detailed information, and select the event(s) that you would like to attend. 

Admission Events in 2020-2021

You can register for any of the below admission events directly through your Ravenna account. If you haven't yet created an account, you can do so when registering for your event. 

Virtual Village School Parent Tours

These events are for families interested in applying in our 2021- 2022 application season. Experience the Chadwick learning community firsthand on a virtual tour designed for parents of prospective Kindergarten - Grade 6 students. Meet with the admission team and Village School staff, and tour the entire campus with us!

These tours begin online, via Zoom, promptly at 10 a.m. and conclude at 11:30 a.m. An open Q&A will be hosted for all participants. We look forward to meeting your family.

Sixth-Grade Information and Activity Night  

All applicants applying for the sixth grade are welcome to join us for our Sixth-Grade Information and Activity Night. This program will include a panel of current Chadwick sixth-grade students, an activity for your fifth-graders, and an opportunity for parents to ask questions of teachers and administrators. This event will take place in a Zoom meeting format and will be limited to the first 50 families to register.

Please note that your child will need to log onto a separate device for the student activity. We hope to see you there!

Middle and Upper School Virtual Tours

Join members of our administration, faculty, and student body as we guide you through our campus and share stories about how our students are challenged, engaged, and inspired by the opportunities at Chadwick.

Families are invited to attend a series of presentations about Chadwick that will introduce them to the community and provide an overview of Chadwick’s curricular and co-curricular programs and student life, as well as the admission process. Middle School / Upper School Chadwick Chats

Chadwick Chats are a great way for prospective students and parents to explore Chadwick and learn more about our programs and community through a relaxed, informal conversation with current students, faculty, parents, and alumni. In order to allow for dialogue between prospective families and Chadwick members, registration is limited to 25 families per event.

Visiting Chadwick School


We ask our families and campus visitors to observe our modified, one-way traffic pattern on campus and to limit the amount of cross-traffic on Academy Hill, reducing the likelihood of collisions and allowing residents to easily emerge from their driveways.

*Please note that our campus is temporarily closed while we engage in distance learning due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Please observe a speed limit of 25 mph on Academy Hill and 17 mph or less on campus.
