If you have something to share with your classmates — personal news, a professional achievement or an interesting experience — please FILL OUT THE ONLINE FORM or e-mail your update to email@example.com (include "CLASS NOTE + [your name] + [class year] in the subject line). This information will be included in the next issue of the Compass magazine.
In order to protect our alumni and make sure information is as accurate as possible, please keep in mind the following information and guidelines when submitting materials for publication:
- We reserve the right to omit entries that don’t come directly from the primary source. In other words, if John Smith sends an entry about another alumnus, it may not appear in our publication.
- Although we make every attempt to print your submission in its entirety and without modifications, it may be edited due to space considerations and, occasionally, for clarity.
- We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information that may inadvertently make its way into our publications through class notes. Chadwick makes every effort to print accurate information but does not have the resources to fact-check every entry.
- When submitting photos, you must either mail a good-quality print or upload a high-resolution image (minimum of 300 dpi per inch; maximum file size 10MB) to the form. Photos pulled off of websites and Facebook don't have the quality needed for printing. If you choose to mail a photograph, please mail it to Chadwick School, Attn: Alumni Office, 26800 S.
